Step 1 | Consultation
Start your property transformation with a personalized vacation rental design consultation, available in person from Jupiter to Pompano Beach or virtually from anywhere. Jen will discuss your vision, style, budget, and rental goals while assessing your property’s layout, furnishing needs, and guest amenities. Whether you’re furnishing a new Airbnb or refreshing an existing rental, this collaborative session establishes a clear direction for creating a stylish, functional space with lasting guest appeal.
Step 2 | Design & Create
Bring your vacation rental vision to life with custom mood boards, furniture layouts, scaled 3D floor plans, and virtual walkthroughs. Jen selects furniture, lighting, and décor tailored to your property’s style, budget, and target guests. Each detail balances visual appeal, comfort, and durability, creating a cohesive Airbnb interior design plan that makes the most of your space and helps your listing stand out.
Step 3 | Source & Execute
Once your design is approved, Jen and her installation team bring your vacation rental transformation to life. From coordinating construction and property upgrades—including kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring, lighting, and painting—to furniture purchasing, delivery, assembly, and installation, they manage the details from start to finish. Thoughtfully selected décor and finishing touches complete a cohesive, welcoming space—ready for listing photography and memorable guest stays.
